Kinvalve Stainless Steel Gate Valve to Skyrocket Your Business
Kinvalve stainless steel gate valve is a very important product line. As a leading stainless steel gate valve manufacturer and supplier, our full capacity on stainless steel gate valves will provide one-stop solution for your specifications.
At Kinvalve, cast stainless steel gate valve is the most common type, covered by the API 603 specifications. Kinvalve cast stainless steel gate valves are available in sizes about 1/2 inch and up to 12 inches.
Our stainless steel gate valves provide full flow with minimal pressure drop. In the case of stainless steel gate valve, all stainless construction extends it a wide range of industry and media uses including water, gas, oil and some acids.
Stainless Steel Flanged Gate Valve
At Kinvalve, stainless steel flanged gate valve is always a rising stem design coming with solid wedge type or flex wedge type discs. It is simple for your use, installation and maintenance.
As a qualified stainless steel gate valve manufacturer with over 18-year experience, Kinvalve can provide a full range of stainless steel flanged gate valves in accordance with ANSI/API, JIS and DIN standards.
Our stainless steel flanged gate valves feature flat face end connections as standard for installation and accessibility.
Outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) gate valves are recommended when positive shutoff and a quick visual indicator of open/closed position is required. The OS&Y configuration protects the stem threads from contact with the media.
Threaded Stainless Steel Gate Valve
Kinvalve threaded stainless steel gate valve is designed to ANSI B16.34 and qualified BSP or NPT threaded female ends with an aluminum or cast iron handle.
This threaded stainless steel gate valve is tested and inspected according to API598 for your quality assurance.
Usually, this kind of threaded stainless steel gate valve is designed with a screwed bonnet, non-rising stem, cost-effective and reliable tightness.
Kinvalve Stainless Gate valves are easy to install when with the threaded ends and their small footprint makes these threaded stainless steel gate valves perfect for your piping systems where space is tight.
In a typical threaded stainless steel gate valve, the stainless steel alloy solid wedge, integral seats and bi-directional service make this gate valve a good choice for higher pressures, temperature and corrosive services.
Kinvalve stainless steel gate valves are durable and can withstand high temperatures, so you can use them for common applications including indoor residential and commercial plumbing systems as well as numerous outdoor applications.

Kinvalve: Your Reliable Stainless Steel Gate Valve Manufacturer
Kinvalve ss gate valves are known for their toughness and corrosion resistance, while SS304 and SS316 are the most popular choices for Kinvalve stainless gate valves.
As a Kinvalve stainless steel gate valves can be designed with different configurations to suit your different application requirements.
Connection between Body and Bonnet
Generally, there are screwed bonnets for threaded stainless steel gate valves or bolted bonnets for stainless steel flanged gate valves.
Stem Nut
At Kinvalve, you can choose the stem nut from the materials of bronze alloy or ASTM A439 D2(Austenitic nodular cast iron). These two alloys have the benefits of resistance to heat, corrosion and wear.
Gasket of Bonnet
Gasket of the bonnet is the last defense to prevent leakage from the bonnet. You can customize it in pure PTFE or stainless steel combined with flexible graphite for your specifics.
Seat
At Kinvalve, in the case of stainless steel gate valve, an integral seat is usually standard. And hard alloy overlay integrally also can be your option. At your request, we provide the renewable threaded or welded on the seat as well.
Backseat
At Kinvalve, all our gate valves always have a back seat design. A back seat is a seating arrangement inside the bonnet. When the gate valve is fully open, the valve stem ‘back seats’ against the bonnet and closes off pressure to the stuffing box.
This essentially serves as a backup to the primary seal on the valve that is most often a stuffing box sealed with compression packing. At Kinvalve, the intent of this design is to allow a user to re-pack a valve on-line without having to shut down the system in which the valve is being used.
Stem Packing
At Kinvalve, you can decide your gate valve with either molded flexible graphite or PTFE(including combined PTFE) as stem packing material.
Although our bolted bonnet design allows you to easily replace stem packing, the proper packing material and good design will allow you to have a stainless steel gate valve with less leakage and longer service life.
Kinvalve offers an impressive selection of stainless steel gate valves to meet your specification. We currently offer DIN gate valves, including PN 10, and PN 16 pressure ratings.
And we also offer Class 150 gate valves in NRS and OS&Y arrangements with a bolted bonnet as well as JIS Gate Valves.
