Tailor-made Screw End Ball Valves for Your Personalized Solution
Kinvalve offers you a full range of screwed end ball valves with stable, zero leakage sealing, especially for low-pressure piping and plumbing systems. Our ball valve screw seals tightly without using nuts, bolts, or other small parts that normally enhance the tightness of a valve and pipe joint.
Also referred to as threaded end ball valve, our screw end ball valve connects to 100mm(4 inches) pipe sizes or smaller and comes in female, male-female, or male threaded connections.
We can also select a ball valve screw with male thread pipes on request. Our female screw-type ball valve connects to a male screw pipe ending by a twist using your hand and final tightening using a wrench.
Kinvalve, a professional manufacturer with decades of experience, offers a wide range of tailor-made screw end ball valves in one piece, two-piece, three-piece, or 3-way construction.
Our screw-type ball valve can be available in either NPT or BSP thread types to suit your application needs. You can choose between parallel or tapered threads, depending on your pipeline needs.
NPT and BSPP-BSPT Threads
When selecting your screw-type ball valve, ensure its threads match your pipe-fitting threads to ensure a tight and efficient connection. Using the same standard threads eliminates the risk of spiral leaks in your ball valve screw joint.
Kinvalve uses high-quality investment stainless steel or carbon steel to manufacture the body and stem of your screwed ball valves. Stainless steel and carbon steel provide a solid and sturdy structure that can withstand high and low pressure and temperature ranges without shrinking or expanding no matter how long it is in the application.

Kinvalve Screwed End Ball Valve Special Safety Features
As a manufacturer of these compact, robust and best pricing ball valves, Kinvalve utilizes the latest manufacturing technology and design to ensure the reliability and durability of these screw end ball valves.
Blow-Out Proof Stem
Our screwed end ball valve has a stem with a fixed shoulder on its lower part. When assembling the parts of the valve, the stem is inserted from inside the stem housing.
Anti Blowout Stem
The shouldered part of the stem holds it inside the housing even when it’s thrust upwards by the pressure in the valve, keeping it from flying out.
Fire-Safe Design
Our ball valve screw type has been tested, and API 607 approved. Our fire-safe design works to limit leakage in the ball valve when it is exposed to a fire.
Fire-safe Design
The ball valve comes with metal seat retainers that connect with the ball in the event of a fire to stop fluid flow.
This shutting off controls internal leakage within the valve, automatically stopping the spread of fire from within the valve.
The design also ensures that even when an accidental fire in the valve damages soft-sealing parts like O-rings, its secondary metal seals continue to seal around the joints to prevent external leakage.
Anti-Static Devices
Anti-static Devices
An anti-static device reduces instances of fire in your pipeline by ensuring electric continuity in the screwed ball valve.
When in operation, the stem, ball, and main body parts of your screwed end ball valve come into frequent contact, resulting in friction building up between the moving parts.
The anti-static device ensures that this friction does not build up into static charge by directing it out of the valve.
High-Performance Seats
PTFE and Filled PTFE Seats
Kinvalve offers you the options of PTFE or filled PTFE and other material seats for your screw-type ball valve.
PTFE, also known as Teflon, is a soft plastic material highly resistant to chemicals, making it a common choice and ideal for most applications.
Filled PTFE is PTFE that has other materials reinforcement, enhancing its strength. The most common filled grades for your choice are glass, carbon, graphite, metal, or mineral to modify the mechanical properties of the virgin PTFE to increase its compressive strength, hardness, and wear, and chemical resistance.
Top Mounting Pad with Actuator Package
For easy automation of your pipeline, Kinvalve offers you an ISO 5211 mounting pad compatible with electric or pneumatic actuators.
The flat surface of the mounting pad allows you to achieve a perfect alignment of the actuator and stem for complete and seamless sideloading when in operation.
Low Emission Designs
Kinvalve offers you stem packing options to prevent leakage of fugitive emissions in your valve when it is in operation. You can choose to pack your stem using the basic one-piece packing.
This packing features the use of an additional soft material gasket to seal around the stem of your screwed ball valve. One piece-packing is ideal for applications with low-pressure requirements.
You can opt for cup-to-cone stem packing, also known as two-piece packing. This involves the use of two similar gaskets that are fit into one another to create a cone-like sealing around the stem. It is ideal for applications with medium to high-pressure requirements.
Self-relieving Seat Design
The live-loaded packing is the best type of stem packing for applications with very high-pressure applications. It combines the use of two rings and Belleville washers which supply constant compression to the rings to keep the seal tight at all times.
Live-loaded Stem
Kinvalve has, over the years, excelled in manufacturing top-quality screwed end ball valves suited for use in chemical, steam, gas, or petrochemical applications.
Our ball valve screw offers a reliably tight connection. It is resistant to corrosion and mechanical breakage, ensuring you a long lifespan in your pipeline.
It is quick and easy to assemble, saving you time, especially when a connection is urgently needed.
A screw-type ball valve offers reliable sealing without requiring many additional types, making it an affordable choice for you.
Always ensure your screwed end ball valve is clean and free of metal fillings before connecting. Any debris on the threads of your ball vale screw can undermine the integrity of your joint.
Also, ensure to examine all the ports and seats of your screw-type ball valve and remove any debris before connection to ensure zero contamination of your media and flow path free of blockages.
When connecting your screwed end ball valve to the pipeline, ensure the two ends are properly aligned. Aligning allows smooth screwing together of the joint and avoids undue stresses on the threads that could compromise the tightness of the joint.
Your ball valve screw end requires a sealant to lubricate the threads while assembling. This sealant also enhances the connection, allowing you to screw it to the end for maximum sealing.
You could use Kinvalve’s recommended sealant, which you should apply on the joining end with externally visible threads.
Applying on the external threads allows you to apply the right amount of sealant while at the same time avoiding over-pouring that could result in sealant lumps that can drip and cause a blockage within the valve.
