Kinvalve: Your Quick-To-Install Quality Male Threaded Ball Valve Manufacturer

Our male thread ball valve comes with ridges circling the outer part of both of its end connections. Therefore, it is also referred to as an externally threaded ball valve.

Opposite to the female thread ball valves, Kinvalve male thread ball valves connect to a female threaded pipes or fittings. Therefore, the female pipe fitting has to be wider in diameter to accommodate the male ball valve end connection inside it.

During assembly, the threads of the male ball valve are aligned with the female threads of the pipe fitting and rotated onto each other to form a tight sealing.

Kinvalve male thread ball valve is available in either tapered thread type or straight thread type. A male thread ball valve with tapered thread provides a fluid-tight sealing even without the secondary sealing elements.

A male thread ball valve with straight threads requires O-rings, sealant tapes or seal glue to ensure a tight sealing between it and the pipe fitting.

Kinvalve observes the strict standards that specify the parameters of the thread. As a kind of threaded ball valves, our male threaded ball vale can be made in either BSP, NPT, and Metric Thread standards on request.

Top Quality and ISO Approved Male Threaded Ball Valve

Kinvalve has been in the business of manufacturing and supplying customers like you with the best, top-quality male thread ball valve for the last 18 years. We continue to prioritize your safety while using our male thread ball valve.

When connecting your male thread ball valve to your pipeline, it is important first to ensure that there’s no debris trapped in between the threads, as this would highly compromise the tight sealing of the valve and pipe joint.

It is also very important that you ensure the male ball valve end and the pipe fitting are in the same thread type and properly aligned when assembling to avoid cross-threading of the two.

Kinvalve offers you a wide range of sealing options for your male thread ball valve. Depending on your application requirements, you can get O-rings and sealant tapes to help you achieve a leak-proof joint between your valve and pipeline or connected fittings.

O-rings and sealant tapes are compressed between the grooves of your male ball valve and pipe ends to ensure bubble-tight sealing of the joint.

Our male thread ball valve also comes with various V-ring options that provide additional sealing around the stem of your male thread ball valve.

The V-rings are available in many kinds of materials such as PTFE, filled PTFE, Graphite and are mounted on the stem to provide axial sealing.

They not only prevent fluids from leaking into the environment but also provide protection against contamination from the outer part of the stem during operation.

Kinvalve has installed an anti-static device between the ball, stem, and body of your male threaded ball valve to ensure electrical continuity. These devices release built-up electrostatic charge out of the male ball valve by conducting it to the ground.

In addition, our ball valve comes in a fire safe design that helps stop the onset and rapid spread of fire in the valve and pipeline.

Our male threaded ball valve has a blow-out-proof stem design that helps it stay in place and not blow out of the valve even in high-pressure applications.

We also offer you gaskets that provide you with additional sealing at the body joint of the male threaded ball valves to prevent the external leaking. Our gaskets are available in PTFE material, dual material, spiral-bound, and graphite.

Our team of highly skilled engineers always ensures to provide you with the highest quality male threaded ball valve. They make sure that every ball valve made in our factory meets all national and international manufacturing standards.

They also ensure that every male ball valve that leaves our factory is free of defects and is tested before purchase to assure you of quality and good performance.
