Kinvalve: Your First-Rate Quality Class 300 Ball Valve Supplier
Class 300 is a pressure rating for flanged ball valves that specifies the maximum pressure that a particular flange can handle while in operation with increasing temperatures. The pressure class of a valve is also defined as the Maximum Allowable Working Pressure (MAWP).
Ball valve Class 300 is also indicated as a #300 ball valve, lb 300 ball valve, and lbs 300 ball valve. All these are indicative of the pressure/temperature performance of the flange in question.
This pressure rating is dependent on various factors, e.g., the material used to make the flange, the thickness of the flange’s wall, and the temperature of the particular service.
The same as the Class 150 ball valves, Kinvalve Class 300 ball valves are specified by the ASME B 16.34 or API 608, belonging to the category of ANSI Ball Valve. Our class 300 ball valves are available in flange design and floating ball, and all come with an optional ISO 5211 mounting pad.
If you have an application with high-pressure requirements, you should opt for a Class 300 ball valve with a thick wall diameter that will not burst due to its pressure during application.
It would be best if you also considered the temperature conditions of your application when selecting a flanged ball valve for your application. The pressure rating of your Class 300 ball valve decreases as the temperature of the media in transport increases. The pressure also increases as the temperature goes down.
At Kinvalve, you can choose the standard Class 300 ball valves available with carbon steel body and stainless steel trim or all stainless steel construction. And the other special body and trim materials like Alloy 20, Monel, or Titanium Alloy are upon request.
Kinvalve Class 300 ball valves perform a superior sealing capability achieved by the unique design of seals at all the joints containing the potential leaking paths. We take care of everything you’re concerned with the isolating problems regardless of internal or external leaking.
Our engineers at Kinvalve are thorough in calculating ratings and manufacturing a Class 300 ball valve with the right material and wall thickness suitable for your specific pressure requirements.

Kinvalve Class 300 Ball Valve Safety Measures and Maintenance Practices
Kinvalve manufactures the most versatile, top-rated, ANSI-approved Class 300 ball valve that will meet your pipeline needs effectively with a long lifespan.
Your Kinvalve ANSI ball valve Class 300 comes in an easy to assemble and disassemble design. This design allows you to make frequent inspections for cleaning and lubricating our Class 300 ball valve to give you excellent output and a long lifespan for your pipeline.
Our Class 300 ball valves come in 1-piece body housing for the Wafer flanged ball valve, 2-Piece, 3-Piece, and 3-way housings. These types of body construction allow you to make inline inspections without interfering with your pipeline’s work.
Our floating ball valve Class 300 comes in both top entry and side entry configurations. The top entry Class 300 ball valve is assembled from the upper section of the valve, while the side entry Class 300 ball valve is installed from the side. Both configurations allow for easy access to the ball without interfering with the rest of the pipeline during maintenance.
Kinvalve Class 300 ball valve comes with soft PTFE seats as standard or metal to metal seats for your selection. PTFE seats are cost-effective and offer you a reliable seal and a much smaller rotating force.
Metal seats are highly recommended if your application has high pressure and temperature requirements. Metal seats also allow your Class 300 ball valve more flexibility to handle harsh and aggressive conditions of the high pressure and temperature applications.
Metal-to-metal Seat
Kinvalve offers you various stem sealing options for your Class 300 ball valve. Proper sealing around the stem of your ball valve Class 300 helps you to control the flow of fugitive emissions from the valve, which could damage your valve and pipeline in general.
Stem Alignment
Aligning the stem of your ball valve Class 300 is the first thing to ensure when installing your ball valve to ensure no leakage flows out through the shaft. In most cases, a misaligned stem comes as a result of an actuator being improperly installed.
To prevent uneven wearing of your ball valve Class 300 shaft, ensure that the centerline of the actuator is aligned directly with the centerline of your valve’s stem.
Seat Seals
Kinvalve Class 300 ball valve comes with a floating ball design. A floating ball flows between 2 seats which are in turn supported by seals for stability.
In some applications, varying pressures during operation can push the seals downstream and prevent them from returning to their original central position.
This downstream pushing of the seal disorients the positioning of the valve components, including the stem, which can tilt to the side. A tilting stem wears unevenly and can cause leakage within the valve.
Kinvalve offers you quality PTFE seat seals that you can use to replace worn-out seals during your maintenance runs.
Stem Packing
Depending on the pressure conditions of your application, Kinvalve offers you gasket sealing options that allow you to control fugitive emissions with reduced geometric constraints on your vale components.
Stem Packing Design
Our 1-piece stem packing option has one gasket that encircles your Class 300 ball valve stem. This gasket is tightened down the shaft using a packing bolt.
It fills the spaces between the stem and the body of your valve, eliminating any chances of leakage during application.
The 1-piece stem packing is recommended for applications with minimum fluctuations in pressure and temperature and reduced cycling to be effective.
Kinvalve 2 Piece stem packing comes with two similar gaskets, with one of the gasket fittings inside the other. This type of packing is also known as cone to cone packing.
The two gaskets are held together with a packing nut, creating a tight seal between the stem and the body of your Class 300 ball valve. The gaskets are supported by packing rings which additionally help to distribute pressure evenly in the valve.
We also offer you the live-loading stem packing option for your Class 300 ball valve. Live loaded packing involves the use of 2 matched or cone to cone gaskets with Belleville washers. Belleville washers have springs that generate a live load around the stem, ensuring even pressure on the shaft.
Live-loaded stem packing ensures easy actuation of your valve and reduced wear for your filling. It is recommended for operations with highly fluctuating temperature and pressure levels.
Kinvalve also offers you O-rings options for your additional sealing requirements. O-rings provide flexibility for your ball valve as they are applicable in low-pressure applications, high-pressure applications, and also applications with broad pressure ranges in one.
Our Class 300 ball valve has a blow-out-proof stem design, which helps keep the stem in place, especially in high-pressure applications.
Kinvalve ball valve Class 300 also comes with an anti-static device that ensures the continuous flow of electricity within the valve. Our Class 300 ball valve also has a fire-safe design which kicks in to stop the flow of media within the valve in the event of a fire, preventing it from spreading into the rest of the pipeline.
Kinvalve offers you the most affordable prices for Class 300 ball valves. We guarantee you excellent quality and lengthy lifespan and provide you an 18-month warranty period when you buy a Class 300 from us.
