Kinvalve: Your ANSI-Approved Quality Ball Valve Manufacturer
Manufacturing quality ball valves has been our core business and priority since Kinvalve’s inception 18 years ago. As such, we use top-quality materials to make your ANSI ball valves that meet the quality standards set by the American National Standards Institute, ANSI.
As the name suggests, ANSI is the American body that oversees the international quality standards of products and process systems such as ball valve manufacturing.
The American Society of Mechanical Engineers also mirrors its ball valve standardization process, ASME, which develops the quality standards and codes that regulate the mechanical engineering industry.
Kinvalve abides by the regulations of both institutions when manufacturing ANSI ball valves, which also goes by the name ASME ball valve, are one kind of flanged ball valves, including Class 150 ball valve, or Class 300 ball valve.
Depending on your pipeline requirements, you’ll find our ball valve options with ANSI or ASME markings for various quality standards.
Our ANSI ball valve with ANSI/ASME B16.34 indicates that its steel material has been tested and approved to handle the temperature and pressure ratings specified for it.
ANSI/ASME B16.34 also indicates the valve has undergone non-destructive examination procedures and other specification data that determine if it is upgradeable for special class service.
Our ASME ball valve with ASME/ASNI B16.10 indicates that the valve’s face-to-face flange dimensions meet the ANSI ball valve standard.
ASME/ANSI B16.5 markings on your ASME ball valve indicate that the pipe flanges and the valve’s flanged fittings are up to international ANSI ball valve standards.

Kinvalve: Your Safety-Conscious ANSI Ball Valve Supplier from China
Our ANSI ball valve has been manufactured and tested with your safety and the safety of your pipeline in mind.
We test each of the ANSI ball valves to ensure it complies with all ANSI standards and regulations so that when you buy our ball valve, you are assured of long service and functionality for your pipeline.
Our ANSI ball valve comes with either soft seats as standard, with the option for metal seats on request.
Metal Seats with Live-loading Stem Packing
The soft-seated ANSI ball valves are cost-effective and offer you a smaller rotating force than metal seats.
However, metal seats are more suitable for high temperature and severe applications offering more corrosion resistance.
Every Kinvalve ANSI ball valve that we supply to you has a stem that is blowout-proof. This stem has a fixed shoulder and is installed from the inside of the valve.
The fixed shoulder prevents the stem from blowing out of the valve, especially in high-pressure applications.
Kinvalve ANSI ball valve also has built-in anti-static devices and their main purpose is to ensure electric continuity in the valve whenever it is in operation.
Our ANSI ball valve also comes in a fire-safe design which shuts off the flow of media within the valve in case of a fire.
Fire-safe Design
Kinvalve offers you gaskets for sealing between the spaces where the flanges of your ANSI ball valve connect.
These gaskets eliminate the risk of leakage between the flange to keep your pipeline and media safe and uncontaminated.
We also offer you Belleville washers for live-loaded stem sealing for your ANSI ball valve.
They offer sufficient live-loading and reliable tight sealing for your ANSI ball valve when paired with the adjustable plate.
As you know, thermal expansion is a crucial issue in every industrial service.
The live-loading stem packing is an important method to fight against the fluctuation of temperature and pressure in your applications.
Besides, you can also select other measures in the ANSI ball valves defense thermal expansion.
The first one is the self-relieving seats and the second is the cavity pressure relieving hole in the ball.
Both of these designs are to solve thermal expansion in the cavity inside the ANSI ball valves.
When your ANSI ball valves are open or closed with the cavity full of medium, and at the same time, in case of increasing temperature, the pressure in both the upstream port and the cavity will be balance thru the self-relieving seat grooves or the venting hole in the ball.
You can get advantage of small operating torque and long cycling life from these cavity pressure relieving ANSI ball valves. These features also reduce the risk of potential damage on the valve sealings.
Kinvalve offers you an ISO 5211 mounting pad, which you can use to actuate your ANSI ball valve with either a pneumatic or electric actuator.
This mounting pad allows the stem of your ASME ball valve to align well with the actuator, so your pipeline is directly automated.
Kinvalve offers you customization options for our flanged end ANSI ball valve to suit your application requirements.
In addition, our one-piece, two-piece, three-piece, and three-way ANSI ball valves also come with an 18-month quality assurance period for your best after-sales service.
Also coming with stainless steel, carbon steel, or a body made with other special alloys, the Kinvalve ANSI ball valve is quite affordable.
We are pride ourselves on offering you affordable ball valves that meet all international standards.
We have qualified engineers who ensure all defective ball valves do not leave the company. Call Kinvalve engineers today for more on the best ANSI ball valve for your specific application.
